It seeks views on how to leverage current markets to facilitate energy efficiency, the design of new markets and mechanisms to support energy efficiency, and the benefits of combining energy efficiency and flexibility. Views are also sought on the role of aggregators, and how to overcome barriers such as the complexity of participating in auctions and the accurate measurement and verification of energy efficiency. Responses are requested until 25 September.
