UK Power Networks (UKPN) has appointed Ann Bishop as the Chair of its RIIO-ED2 Customer Engagement Group (CEG). In the Monday 10 June announcement, UKPN said that the CEG would be independent, comprising a cross-section of specialists and holding the company “to the highest standards in leading edge customer engagement”. UKPN said the CEG will help ensure its business plan RIIO-ED2 meets the needs of all customers while contributing to the creation of the low carbon economy that is fundamental to future generations.
