Five SMEs have been selected by Energy Systems Catapult (ESC) to receive tailored business support to commercialise or scale up at speed. Published on Wednesday 4 September, the ESC’s Innovator Support Platform (ISP) has focused on companies developing innovative heating and cooling solutions, such as a virtual power plant which monitors and manages homes, businesses with generators and storage systems; an all-electric infrared heating system; thermal panels which integrate with commercial roofing systems; heat batteries to store energy in times of peak demand and an intelligent ventilation system. The five companies are iPower; Logicor; Senergy; Sunamp and Ventive.
