National Grid issued the workgroup consultation for GC130 OC2 Change For Simplifying “Output Usable”
Data Submission and Utilising REMIT Data on Monday 2 December. The proposal would enable
generators to submit their outage and output useable data via routes set out under their REMIT obligations,
where applicable, and to no longer duplicate their submissions using the Transmission Outages Generator
Availability (TOGA) system. Generators will still have the option to use the TOGA system to submit their
data, which will be done via a new, upgraded and fully automated platform that is expected to go live in
2020. Responses are requested by 23 December.
